We have noticed that there are some pretty good deals at the auction, but the REO's seem to consistently be the bst buys out there.  There is a way to get a better deal on these with the bank using this type of money and no contingencies

We have a client that is looking for a church somewhere between Lynnwood to Renton on either side of Lake Washington.  The client is willing to pay up to $1.2 million for the right thing.  If it can hold up to 150 in the worship area - that would be great.

I am finding that people are a little nervous about purchasing homes ( you do not need to be a geinus to figure that out).  For many investors it is a great time to buy - rates are good, lots of inventory to choose from and sellers are a lot more flexible in negotiating.  What are other people seeing?
