Can you imagine the result if both parties to a proposed duel named the same person as their "second". That, of course, would not do - at all. It would make the second a 'Dual Agent". Since one of the duties of the 'second' is to take the place of the (14 comments)
Often HUD and VA foreclosures are a good deal but they should be looked at with a critical eye. Lots of buyers are ready to pounce on them without looking at other homes on the market...Just because someone got foreclosed and the government ended up with the home does not mean (2 comments)

I think of myself as a buyer’s “due diligence” tool. Due Diligence: It is more than “to be diligent”. When one enters into a contract they should not do so blindly.
