Search the MLS to find Anchorage homes for saleOn Saturday, June 1st, 2013, Town Square Park in Anchorage will be holding its annual Festival of Flowers from 11am to 6pm.  This free community festival turns Anchorage into the "City of Flowers" for at least one day this year.  Master gardeners will be on hand to impart their gardening wisdom to the masses.  Find out how you can create a visual masterpiece with your own home flower garden.  You can purchase buds to bring home and plant for yourself.

In addition to the blossom bonanza, attendees will enjoy live musical entertainment, have the opportunity to partake in a VIP wine tasting, view artwork by local Anchorage artists and visit the wine and beer garden.  Of course, there will also be plenty of food available from local vendors.  Admission to the festival is absolutely free.
