Foreclosures reached a 20-year high in California at the end of 2007 as more homeowners fell behind on their mortgage payments, a real estate research firm reported Tuesday.

Mid-Century Modern Lawsuit dismissed - 01/22/08 09:42 AM
William Krisel, an architect for the Alexander homes in the 1960s, files a $3 million lawsuit agains Contempo Homes.  The claim was the Contempo Homes used Krisel's architectural copyrighted designs of his homes he designed fot the Alexander Construction Company in the 1950s.
