The following are the latest statistics for August 2008 sales in the Coachella Valley area, from First American Title. As can been seen, sales are up significantly in most of the communities this past August, over sales reported in August of 2007.

The California Association of Realtors (CAR) reported today that sales in the Palm Springs area are up 16.4% from last month....good news!
