I would like to share one tool with all of you, many may already know.

When evaluating a property anywhere in the country using Google StreetView in addition to Satellite View gives you a quick impression.

StreetView is a one time snapshot, if available the street will be outlined in blue. StreetView allows you to be in the middle of the street looking at the property you can zoom in and out and walk up and down the surrounding streets. This view can give you some ideas about the surrounding areas.
