While driving down the street today, I heard this Mark Twain quote;
"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first."
I guess we just keep reliving history and life is to short not to have learned from others mistakes!

The blank canvas vs. dull curb appeal scenario... - 11/19/09 12:39 PM
In this market, we have to make an attempt, to get a Buyer past the first impression as they drive up. How many times has your buyer said, not interested without even entering the house in question?   As a selling agent I can't change the style of house but we can make the house look its best. I have worked with hundreds of buyers in my ten years in real estate. Only a hand full of these buyers have been able to get past curb appeal.
