Honestly, I have had transactions with agents that would have tested the patience of a higher power. Yes, they were that bad however I have never, ever lit the match to destroy a future transaction.
I look at it this way; If a transaction is really that bad, I must have had  to have contributed with the negative outcome. I learn from each bad transaction and feel blessed when I get a flawless closing. I always hope that my counter parts have learned how or what went wrong and maybe, just maybe, might learn how to … (12 comments)

Did you know that it's harder to get a fishing license in the state of Washington than it is to register to vote?

You need to give your Social Security number and driver's license to be eligible to catch a fish in the state legally.  
Last week it was announced that Washington State would be the first state to allow people to register to vote on Facebook... 
Heaven forbid having to give your Social Security number or show  your driver's license to be eligible to vote... 
What's up with that?

Two clients; going to two separate financial experts; the same answer.
Client A;
A fulltime schoolteacher with a master's degree... Bought home for $189,000, four years ago... Now appraises for $110,000... Financial advisor says they can't be of assistance unless they miss a payment.  There are not any assistance programs for people with 700+ credit scores and good paying jobs.
Client B;
A divorced mother and fulltime real estate agent... Bought home for $275,000, five years ago, with ex husband Got 100% of the house and equity four … (3 comments)

How do you get motivated after two weeks without ActiveRain?
An interesting question don't you think? 

I recently got back from a boating trip to Canada.  I spent two weeks with my wife in the gulf islands of British Columbia.  In many areas there  is no WIFI or cell servers and although it sounds like heaven to be off the grid for what seems like forever, the stress of not being connected is relentless.  Your iPhone goes completely silent however the battery life is incredible.
