Honestly, I have had transactions with agents that would have tested the patience of a higher power. Yes, they were that bad however I have never, ever lit the match to destroy a future transaction. I look at it this way; If a transaction is really that bad, I must have had to have contributed with the negative outcome. I learn from each bad transaction and feel blessed when I get a flawless closing. Do you have to give up your good credit to refinance your Home? Two clients; going to two separate financial experts; the same answer. Client A; A fulltime schoolteacher with a master's degree... Bought home for $189,000, four years ago... Now appraises for $110,000... Financial advisor says they can't be of assistance unless they miss a payment. There are not any assistance programs for people with 700+ credit scores and good paying jobs. Client B; A divorced mother and fulltime real estate agent... Bought home for $275,000, five years ago, with ex husband Got 100% of the house and equity four (3 comments)
I recently got back from a boating trip to Canada. I spent two weeks with my wife in the gulf islands of British Columbia. In many areas there is no WIFI or cell servers and although it sounds like heaven to be off the grid for what seems like forever, the stress of not being connected is relentless. Your iPhone goes completely silent however the battery life is incredible. When I got back into range I had 325 emails. Out of those 325, only (9 comments)
