Well since the first of the year sales have been a little slow. The Aventura market currently has 63 active single family homes on the market. We have had no sales on single family homes since the first of the year. No properties have gone under contract and one property expired off the MLS service.
We have 2,359 active listings representing Condominiums, Townhomes and Villas currently on the market. We have seen two properties sold since the first of the year and another 17 are under contract currently. Twelve properties have expired off the MLS system.
I see the market picking up steam. I have noticed more appointments set for our listings as well as more activity from buyers. The are kicking more tires but have started to get there feet wet again. The market has a lot to offer with much to choose from and the prices have fallen.
