Hello All, I have investors looking for Owner Will Carry Homes nationwide. Not just any Owner Carry. Must be under $75,000 with 5-10% down only. Does anyone have a owner carry that fits this discription? Investors want to rent the homes or refurbish them so any condition is ok. Want homes that can be purchased with an amortized loan for 15-20 years with a 5-10 year balloon, and no prepayment penalty. HELLO, TAMRA LEE ULMER HERE AGAIN IN PAYSON ARIZONA. HERE IS A HUNTING TIP. GET THE RIGHT GUIDE IF YOU WANT TO HUNT IN UNIT 22 IN THE RIM COUNTY. MY BROTHERS ARE BOTH GUIDES OR I WOULD NOT HAVE CAPTURED MY NEWEST 350 BULL IN THE UNIT AND THATS WITH BROKEN TIPS. I DONT KNOW THE EXACT MESSUREMENT YET BUT IT WAS A MONSTER. Payson Arizona Buyers Market - 12/06/07 10:15 PM
Yes It is a buyers market in Payson right now. With 63% more homes on the market than last year we are seeing "For sale" signs pop up everywhere. I deal with many sellers, mostly banks with 90% or more REO properties in Payson than any other broker here in the Rim Country. Buyers are still on the look out for that deal and believe me folks they are getting great deals right now. Flipping properties in escrow is happening more and more as the property investors are educated on how to make a bad situation into a good one for (3 comments)
