Chicken Fingers with a Twist !! - 07/15/08 08:48 AM
I made this up the other evening and it turned out great... I made an egg and milk wash, dipped chicken strips in the wash and then coated with a mixture of seasoned bread crumbs and dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (I bought it at Sam's Club) I fried the chicken strips in canola oil. I then made the Ranch dressing according to the directions on the container and served it for dipping, they were easy and they were a favorite, especially with the kids... Try it, you'll like it... I downloaded this poster from the website. What fun this will be. I am hoping to make the concert tomorrow evening. I'm afraid that I could not find admission prices to include in this post except for Sunday's Freedom Fest will be $25. Maybe the other events are free, not sure!! Anyway, looks like great fun. The HV Philharmonic is wonderful and to have fireworks with it sounds really great... (1 comments)
