State workers lose jobs amid Calif. budget crisis - 08/01/08 03:14 PM
I wonder how and if this will fuel the already hot foreclosure/default housing market in California. I can't imagine that placing so many state workers on a minimum wage of $6.55 even for a month or two will ease our situation. Hopefully this is not anything long term!
