The latest Roseville & Rocklin Real Estate Market Update is very good. All data was taken from Real Trends and is for the last 6 months. 
Roseville Ca market information.  The Roseville Real Estate Market inventory for the last six months has dropped 34.6% with the number of solds up 13.5% and the number of pendings up 49.4%.  The average price per square foot has jumped 3% in just the last 6 months.

I received my real estate license in January of 1982, yes I know that's a long time.  In 1981, I was going to school and working at Sears trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.  My mom mentioned real estate and it just happened that Century 21 was going to be doing a introduction class about real estate that week.  I attended the class and thought it was interesting so I decided to sign up for the class that preps you for the state exam. A few months later I was taking the exam and passed.

According to the Sacramento Association of Realtors, there presently is a 6 week supply of homes on the market. That is down 20% from January. A normal market would be a three month supply. The predictable result is shorter sale times and multiple offers. The economic laws of supply and demand tell us that this competition should push prices up but it's not happening. The other result is that, with so little purchase opportunities available, demand for rental housing has increased and rent is at an all-time high.
