We often hear that the Real Estate market is in rough shape. Many foreclosures; buyers that will not commit; mortgage lending cut backs; sellers with unrealistic expectations and Realtors with inventory we can't sell.
I chose to focus on the positives! Fantastic interest rates, plenty of inventory and first time home … (2 comments)
