Saturday I was lucky enough to be on the invite list to an associates home for their annual "Lobster Fest" weekend. I have now deemed her husband the "Grill Master"!  The people she invited were a great mixture of personalities. Among the guests were local builders, Realtors as well as clients who had closed on new construction homes this year.

One of my favorite neighborhoods is Stone Chase in Pace, Florida. Pace is right over the little bridge from NW Pensacola. I love Pace because the people still have that small town attitude and the people and the area just feel welcoming to me. Housing experts are saying proposals are looming to phase out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac resulting in hard to find 30-year fixed-rate mortgages. Alex J. I wouldn’t say I am exactly a “parrothead” but I do love Jimmy Buffet, no doubt about that. Jimmy was raised 45 minutes from Pensacola in Mobile, Alabama. I first saw Jimmy Buffet at the old municipal auditorium in downtown Pensacola in the early 80’s. He walked out on stage all alone, grabbed a chair, with no backup except his guitar and won me over in the first 5 minutes.
