I am now shooting digital videos for all my listings and the clients seem to really like them. I set them to background music and do a voice over about the property. They generally last about 3 minutes. I also put up riders on my signs with a neat movie camera logo to announce the availability of the movie. Has anyone else been doing these? One of the latest one's I have done is of a home I have listed and can be seen at www.5003sandyhook.info.
