The Apple Festival in Ellijay Georgia ends this weekend so my family and I went today. There are ton of things to buy and eat. But the most fun was the helicopter ride!

When you list your home you expect good pictures in the ads for your home. You also expect to see a virtual tour. This is the slide show where the same pictures of your home flash on the screen to elevator music playing in the background. What you don't expect to see is a narrated, full motion video of your home. Why do you need to walk through your soon to be new home right before closing? You think you have been inside this home enough already? You have made the offer and negotiated a deal. The lender is ready and all you need to do is go sign a bunch of papers, right? Wrong.
