Today I figured I would offer something that could help center us and distract us from the issues we face in the world today. My offering is this picture of a red flower I took this past weekend.
I am sure that this flower does not know or care what is happening in the world around it. It is only interested in it's immeadiate location, providing a splash of color, signaling the end of Winter.

peace of mind: Tree-mendous Tranquility - 09/12/19 05:48 AM
The trees at right are redwoods in the Muir Woods Park just north of San Francisco. For some reason, I think this picture evokes peace and tranquility. I remember the day I took this picture. It was cool and quiet. There were quite a few people in the park, but it did not seem crowded at all.
For my post today, I wanted to share something soothing, to get us past the memories of 9/11 from yesterday. Sometimes we just need to sit back a take a deep breath.

You are almost there! The home that you are about to purchase, the one with the white picket fence, is almost yours.
