No More Wet and Soggy Flyers !!!! (edit/delete)

 NO MORE WET FLYERS  !!!!

Designed for the Real Estate Industry to help protect Brochures and Flyers from the rain and snow melt.  Made of  tough PLASTIC it fits tightly around the  (4"x 4")  sign post.  The idea was sparked by continuous complaints from home buyers and sellers tired of the wet soggy flyers that are illegible, stick together and are difficult to get back inside the box.    Regardless of the box design, weighted lids and all... the flyers are wet and marketing dollars are wasted.  Listed below, are a few samples of the ongoing wet flyer saga.

In the current Real Estate Market, budgets are tight. Let me help you come up with an affordable Marketing plan.

Everyone who sells a home thinks to tidy it before potential buyers visit. But do sellers understand how to play up their home's assets and mask its flaws in order to sell it quickly and for top dollar? This is exactly what a home stager does. A home stager is a designer or stylist who suggests ways to make the home more appealing to potential buyers.

"When selling your house, you're emotionally invested in the home you've created," said Holly Slaughter, editor-in-chief of the RealEstate.com Tips and Tools. "Hiring a professional home stager, who is impartial, can help highlight your home's selling points and make it more appealing to a wide range of buyers."

So what do you need to know when making the decision whether or not to hire a home stager?

Select your level

Home staging offers many levels of service. For $100 or less, a home stager will walk through your house and offer advice on what is the best way to present your home for your upcoming showings. You may be told to clean up the clutter, hang pictures or mirrors in new locations, repaint the walls or scrub those hard to reach areas of the floors. For a higher fee, a stager can perform a more hands-on role such as repositioning furniture, arranging flowers and suggesting great tips for highlighting your home's curb appeal. And then for an even higher fee, home stagers can redecorate your home from a warehouse full of furniture and decor items, bring in shrubs and annuals or clean out that one room collecting clutter over the years.

It may be worth every penny!!!

As the real estate industry often stresses, the first impression is the key factor in selling your home. Typically, a potential buyer has made up their mind while ten seconds in to your driveway! That really doesn't leave too much room for fault.

What were your 2008 resolutions for your Real Estate Business?

Top five benefits for Home Staging with Makeover Interiors:

1). Staged Houses sell for higher prices on average 17%.

2). Staged Houses Sell Faster on average 50% Less time on Market!

3). Stagers can take over this Marketing Tool.  In addition we can
give Staging advice to Home Owners.

4). Saves money. Cheaper than the first price reduction and
     every home needs less marketing.

5). Potential buyers emotionally move in with professionally
     Staged Homes.

Let me assist you with your occupied homes so that sellers can have the appropriate tools to attract buyers sooner than later.

Sincerely,

Pam Arneson

We also help Home Owners and Real Estate agents market their listing(s) for quicker "SOLD" results.  If you currently do not have an exclusive Stager hopefully you would consider the great idea of our Staging Company working for the goal that you have to sell as quickly as possible?

We also do Re-Design for occupied properties to better the appeal to potential buyers. Please consider "Makeover Interiors" as another economical option.

We sincerely hope you would be confident in contacting us to assist you in your marketing goals.

Staging listings has a "SOLD" rate of 96% for Makeover Interiors and our clients for 2007.

Staged Homes = "High volume traffic, hard to get through the door for the realtor trying to separate the lookers from the buyers, nervous excitement that if you want the place you'd better get your check book out and bind an offer."
