There seems to be a new fad in Westridge and Lake Ridge Virginia. This spring more homeowners  are prunnng  the Crepe Myrtle trees.  I noticed the crepe myrtle trees's at the entrance to Westridge prunned and cut way back. With each nice weekendm  I began to notice more and more homeowners in the community have done the same thing. Yesterday as I returned home, I looked at mine thinking maybe I should prune them like everyone else. They I looked across the street at one I planted over fifteen years ago when I owned that home. This week MRIS the Realtors Database has given Realtors access  to the most extensive online foreclosure activity information available on the market!  The Foreclosure Activity Search Tool (FAST), , gives us information on properties in all stages of the foreclosure process including: Pre-foreclosure, Auction and Bank Owned/Real Estate Owned (REO).

Short Sales with Saxon Mortgage has proven to be extremely challenging over the past seven months. My file is so thick and I have hundreds of calls documented. Over those months, I Googled Saxon and I've read the bad press. So,if you asked me four even two  months ago about the company I would have had a story to tell.

Make sure if you are under contract that you have utilities connect in your name prior to the final walk through. This is a buyers responsibility.
