This is a question that was asked of me yesterday. Peggy, we are looking to buy a home around $400,000 and we've heard that we might be able to make a low-ball offer, since this price point in the marketplace has been slower. "My question is are Banks and Sellers accepting low ball offers in Prince William County VA?" My answer: "I have been working in that price range all year and tracking the sales.
