Over the weekend, I took a couple to see a few townhomes that had just come on the market in the Telegraph Rd area of Alexandria Virginia. The home they choose was stunning in every way. The only violation noted on the LRPRA HOA Resale inspection was the window grids were missing on a home we have under contract pending settlement. The seller almost blew a gasket thinking he was going to have to buy and install new windows. "How could this be he asked. These windows have been here for ten years and they didn't come with grids. Why didn't they say something before now? And for that matter many of the homes up and down the street don't have grids. What gives?"
