This past week another one of sellers in the Prince William County Virginia area accepted a contract on their Woodbridge Virginia home. They will settle by June 1st, 2012. One lucky buyer who is relocating from the Norfolk Virginia area visited with their REALTOR® and within forty eight hours they were "officially under contract" . These buyers had a good plan, arrive early, and place an offer on the best home in their price point. They were shock to learn home inventory is very, very low in the Prince William County and Northern Virginia area.

Signs of spring are everywhere in Virginia..... everything is blooming early. The only sign of snow in Virginia this year was in the form of pink snow ( Cherry Tree petals) Last year spring arrived in late April. Below is a slide show of the day I spent touring some gorgeous homes and gardens in the Warrenton area at the Annual Virginia Garden Week. It was after hours, something I rarely do. However this home was special. It had everything they wanted and needed and more. It was in their price range, and it was a regular owner healthy sale. I opened the door and let them wander around on their own, to feel the house. As the wife went from room to room," I could here her breathing...it was heavy and deep, by the time she retreated to the kitchen, she had to pace herself, her heart was beating out of chest.
