The Pain Is Real...The Sadness Beyond Comprehension
The other day one of my clients was looking at homes in the Woodbridge Virginia area. So far she has been unsuccessful in obtaining a home in her price point due to multiple offer situations on foreclosed homes. She is having a difficult time because she is almost priced out of the market based on her approval letter and her cash position.

Lately, I've been showing a lot of Bank Owned/Foreclosed homes from Woodbridge to Manassas. It's always and interesting adventure. An act of discovery for both the buyer and the Agent.
This evening was no exception, the buyer and I saw some Stunning Homes in the $200,000 and under price range in Manassas and Woodbridge. These houses won't last through the upcoming weekend.
