This was the busiest Presidents Weekend I can remember since 1996. Our office helped several buyers negotiate contracts over the weekend. Each buyer we worked with was shocked at the amount of interest in each and every home.Not only were we encountering other Realtors and Buyers in many homes, in several cases we are running into multiple offer situations. We were scheduled to go over the offer mid day.
