Early this year we had buyer clients who fell in love with a home, however they did not get their offer in fast enough. They never got up to bat so to speak.They were so upset. They finally found a large home in their pre-approved price range of $200,000 or less. The reason they were smitten with this home is it had a big flat fenced rear yard. One thing I love about summer is heading to the local Farmer's Market. Since I live in Lake Ridge Virginia, the closet one to me on the weekend is located off Dale Blvd between Minnieville Rd and Hillendale Rd in the commuter parking lot.( see Google Map below) This particular farmers market has been open for years and people flock to this place in droves. So come early! You'll find,fresh local produce, plants, honey's and jams, kettle corn, flowers and as well as homemade bake goods. There is something for everyone.

When I first got into real estate that was when Lake Ridge VA was just beginning to be built. I remember visiting Dale City and thinking I don't want to drive that far. It seemed so far away back then. The main access road was I-95 and or head down Route 1 to Woodbridge and turn right when you get to Dale Blvd.
