Just a few days ago, I posted about a home that we listed at 14325 Springbrook Ct, Dale City, Virginia 22193.
I did all the things I normally do for all our sellers. I make sure I prepare a marketing plan that is specifically tailored for their home. On day one of the day I listed the home they had a virtual tour, a private website, buyers could access information via text, QR codes, email, and on countless sites on the web. Early this year we had buyer clients who fell in love with a home, however they did not get their offer in fast enough. They never got up to bat so to speak.They were so upset. I listen intently to their reasoning and then we move on and we begin to search for homes and area's that they have their hearts set on. However, I always listen to what they are hoping to find. It as this point in the buying process, that I truly believe the purchaser may not be saying" NO", as much as they may be saying" I don't Know." ( They do not know enough to make an informed decision).

My mother had picked a huge bucket of local blackberries at the Westmorland Berry Farm and she had some peaches. She decided to toss them in togther and the result was the most amazing Berry Cobbler.No matter what function you bring this to, people will rave! Add a spoon-full of ice cream along side. Yum!

One thing I love about summer is heading to the local Farmer's Market. Since I live in Lake Ridge Virginia, the closet one to me on the weekend is located off Dale Blvd between Minnieville Rd and Hillendale Rd in the commuter parking lot.( see Google Map below)
This particular farmers market has been open for years and people flock to this place in droves. So come early! You'll find,fresh local produce, plants, honey's and jams, kettle corn, flowers and as well as homemade bake goods. There is something for everyone.
