Yesterday, I received a call and an email from this one gentleman. He was intrigued by the price and size of a home that came on the market. The only problem was there we no interior photo's. As you drive down the street here in Lake Ridge Virginia on any given weekend you see bandit signs in the median strip that says "Lake Ridge Foreclosures". Kind of makes you the driver think, we must have a lot of foreclosures in the area if someone has a spent a lot of money having all those signs printed up to boast about it. Right?

I got a call on Monday. The caller said "Peggy, I think I need to sell my home by short sale. Can you help me. " I asked what's going on.The caller explains that he had been working with his mortgage company for over ten months to modify his mortgage. The gentlemen lost his job last year. He is now working again however they are struggling trying to make ends meet.
