hafa: Frustrated Homeowner Learned The HAFA Short Sale Option Was The Answer To His Problems.. - 01/27/12 06:29 AM

It was back in November when I received the phone call from the homeowner at 15000 Alaska Rd in Woodbridge Virginia. The homeowner was frustrated. He explained that he had previously entered into a loan modification with his Chase Bank only to fall behind once again. His bank suggested he do a short sale.
Below you can begin to see the problem. His home value dropped from $399,900 to less than $135,000.
