The only violation noted on the LRPRA HOA Resale inspection was the window grids were missing on a home we have under contract pending settlement. The seller almost blew a gasket thinking he was going to have to buy and install new windows. "How could this be he asked. These windows have been here for ten years and they didn't come with grids.
