The article was explaining that with the current rising interest rates their may soon be a time when some homes may be sold with low interest rate assumable loans. The article further mentions a man name Marc Israel, an executive vice president of Kensington Vanguard National Land Services and a real estate lawyer. “It’s a very clever idea.”
