Home buyers searching for luxury homes priced between $500,000 and $1,000,000 is up. Last weekend I experience something I have never witnessed in my twenty year career. The open house I hosted for 12280 Tilney Ct, in Lake Ridge Virginia priced at $845,000 had more than forty visitors. Even better, their have been several Realtor showings this week, and another couple came back to take a second look.

Yesterday, I went to meet with a dear friend in Old Town Manassas Virginia for lunch. It was a rainy brisk fall day here in Virginia. My friend suggested we lunch at the City Square Cafe. It was a charming neighborhood restaurant with a very friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere. We both ordered their signature sandwich which was a Ham Sandwich with apple slices and Swiss cheese on a whole grain bread served with fries. Yum! Although my husband and I live in Lake Ridge Virginia, we prefer to head to Manassas where we can stop into a local restaurant without the crush of the Potomac Mills Mall tourist crowd.
