Foreclosed Family Gets To Hit The RESET Button! When you choose to hit the reset button on your computer, it goes through a process of clearing the memory of what just happened and allows the system to reset and restart. A family that suffered through the humiliation and angst of a unwanted foreclosure, turned the key and entered into a home they just purchased today! Their story isn't unique, I am writing this to inspire anyone who facing or experiencing short sale hell or worse foreclosure right now. You can get (5 comments)

relocating to prince william county: If you ask me this week "How's the Real Estate Market in Prince William County Virginia", I'm going to say.. - 09/27/11 07:23 AM
This week has been a week brisk and it is only Tuesday! I meet a young couple in Gainesville to house hunt on Sunday. They had several homes to look at. Three were promising however one really captured their attention. It was a single family home with a two car garage on a nice lot that had just come on the market the day before. The owners had only purchased in 2010 and were selling already for a (break even price!) My recommendation was make a full price offer, ask for some closing costs. The reason is inventory levels were low. Get the (6 comments)

relocating to prince william county: He Said " The Most Frustrating Part of Relocating To Northern Virginia So Far,Has Been Learning How To Deal With The Traffic!" - 08/09/11 01:47 PM
I was working with a relocating buyer the other day. He's been here awhile and his family has just arrived in the area, so now it is time to seriously pick out a place to live. As I was driving to the next home, I asked the husband what has been the worst part of the relocation so far. He said- "Traffic...learning how to get to and from work!" He further explained, after driving by myself, taking the bus from the place where I am staying in Lake Ridge Virginia, and trying the VRE I learned about Slugging. So I decided to try it one morning. That is an awesome system!" Peggy, (4 comments)
relocating to prince william county: Waterfront Homes With Deep Water Views And Where You Can Find Them in Northern Virginia and Prince William County Virginia - 08/01/11 08:09 PM
When someone calls and says they are looking for a waterfront home, they don't mean water-view or water access. Well at least that has been my experience. Most are boaters who want deep water access, a dock and or a marina right near by. They want a home that offers a stunning view, sensational sunsets and all of the joys of owning on the water. For some that it the ultimate dream waterfront home. In the Northern Virginia area we have some amazing waterfront opportunities. The snippet below is from FranklyMLS. I did a search for waterfront homes in Alexandria Virginia and (2 comments)

It was last January that I listed a luxury home in Westridge Subdivision where I live. The day I took listing I spent hours getting my media blitz ready. Then I launched marketing plan. Within twenty four hours a Realtor contacted me from Maryland and she wanted to come look at the house. I met her there since I did not have the keys just yet. She was alone. Her clients were in Japan! Yes Japan. It seems they had seen the home come on the market and followed the tours on the listing and they just knew this was the (2 comments)
