The stats are in for the late summer into fall closings aroud Woodbridge, Lake Ridge and Dumfries Virginia area and the current trend is sellers are paying closing costs for home buyers!

This is a serious question.
This morning as I sit waiting for a service person to install a new dishwasher at my home, I find myself perplexed. Asking myself, how do these people stay in business?
The installer is a self employed contractor who represents a big box company.
You would think they would do everything possible to maintain the referral connection.
With that thought in mind....I was inspired to do this video.
"I believe Good Customer Service Matters!". The better the service, the better the outcome for all involved. Referrals are the lifeline of any business.

That's when I noticed something that you may find interesting and helpful. It was after hours, something I rarely do. However this home was special. It had everything they wanted and needed and more. It was in their price range, and it was a regular owner healthy sale.
I opened the door and let them wander around on their own, to feel the house. As the wife went from room to room," I could here her breathing...it was heavy and deep, by the time she retreated to the kitchen, she had to pace herself, her heart was beating out of chest.
