I'm just thinking . . . before I call it a night. . .about how thankful I am to be living in the Ozarks! It is beautiful here and the cost of living is great! Yesterday I filled up my car's gas tank before heading out to show properties and was pleasantly surprised that the price had dropped to $3.19 per gallon! I was thrilled that it cost under $50 to fill my Toyota Camry! Who would have thought (especially a year ago when $35 would have been a full tank) that paying $47 to fill my tank would make my day! It was a beautiful day of showing and my clients have narrowed their search down to one property! People moving to our area are commonly very impressed with the amount of home their money buys. . .even in great/excellent condition! It's amazing what you can accomplish on your to do list when sitting in a car dealership waiting (2 hours) for your car to be fixed.  For instance. . .blogging, registering online for forclosure information, prepping paperwork for offer to be submitted as soon as I leave here. . .thank goodness for computers!  I didn't bring my laptop, so I am very thankful that Reliable Toyota in Springfield, MO has computers with internet access for waiting customers to use!  Thank you!  Otherwise I would be sitting here, proably not so happy. . .waiting & wasting - time!  Is anyone like me where you feel you have to keep working no matter what?  Maybe I need therapy. . .no, I just need to go see why my car is taking so long. . . How long can it take to change a battery and a couple of brake lights?   :)
