This is a property review of my listing at 15525 Banjo Court in Woodbridge, VA.  It's a beautiful end-unit Woodbridge townhome located at end of private street. There is an upgraded open kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors.  There are three upstairs bedrooms and a lower level 4th room w/ closet and window, and has rare attached full bath with tub! As an end-unit, their fenced-in backyard is also one of the largest backyard's you will find in the subdivision.

For all of my closings, I like to give a small closing gift to my clients.  Luckily, one of my friends owns a cookie-baking business called The Little Cookie Jar.  Check out the great cookies she made for my closing yesterday:
