The city of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island has recently been the site of construction of high and low end Condos. Developers are seeing the success of Condos in other parts of Canada such as Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia, and are thinking that Condos can also be a good investment in Canada's smallest province. Statistics are not readily available as to what type of investors are buying PEI Condos, but it would seem reasonable to believe that both PEIslanders and non-residents are purchasing them. Investors who want to own a property where maintenance is virtually non-existent are happy with PEI Condos.One … (4 comments)
