One of the most corniest things my mother ever gave for a gift when I was a young and defiant teen was, Guideposts. I didn't care much for sappy inspirational stories- What a stupid and useless gift, I thought. I quickly changed my attitude towards the gift and am grateful she continued this gift (0 comments)

So maybe its because I am new to this business or maybe its because Real Estate is my business, but I am constantly checking my email and phone, not only cell phone but office phone as well, ALL THE TIME! I am finding it really frustrating when other agents do not (11 comments)

I am wondering how other agents feel about this marketing idea. I know a few agents who do this and they seem to have many clients. Do you feel this is begging for business? Or a clever marketing strategy? I know it cost the agents about $2000-$3000 at the end of the (9 comments)
