Cute joke

One night a man was leaving his work and had a wheel barrel full of hay. As he left, the security guards

looked through the hay to make sure he wasn't steeling any thing. They found nothing and let him go.

The next night the same thing happened and once again the guards looked through the hay and again

found nothing. This routine went on for a few weeks when finally one of the guards said to the man,

knowing he must be stealing something, "Tell us what you are stealing, you won't get in trouble, we

promise!"

The man replied "Wheel Barrels".

Grilled hamburgers are great but can be really boring, so what I like to do is add a packet of the dried onion dip to them and then grill them.

Mix 1 packet dried onion dip (you can use onion dip, ranch, what ever kind you like) to 1lb of ground beef.

Make desired size hamburgers, grill, and enjoy. Kinda spices things up a bit.

Summer Salad

Make a tossed salad, greens, onions, cukes, mush, what ever you want to put in it and add some

fresh sliced strawberries

sunflower seeds

crumbled blue cheese

and toss with a Raspberry vinagrette dressing.

Its so delicious and refreshing.

Try baby spinach instead of regular greens.

The added fresh strawberries turns a boring salad into the perfect summer dish. Try adding different fruits if you like.

Summer time is Grilling time!

I love to grill especially in the summer time, my family does grill during the winter, but summer is the best! One of my favorite things to grill is Pork loin! We buy a huge pork loin from Sams Club and cut it into pieces to be grilled. We use pork loin because it usually is very nice and tender.

Slice the pork, marinate in anything! We usually do Italian dressing, Catalina dressing or Teriyaki sauce.

Grill til done and enjoy! We usually grill our pork to about a medium so it doesn't dry out, becareful to constantly turn pork.

Enjoy grilled pineapple with this. You can use either a fresh pineapple or canned.

I love smoothies and in the summer time the are the best, this one is so delicious, eventhough I HATE yogurt

6 Strawberries

1 cup ice cubes

1 container (6oz) strawberry low-fat yogurt (or what ever flavor you like)

1 packet (.27 oz) Kool-Aid Singles Cherry Flavor-soft drink mix (I am going to try this with Crystal Light)

Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth-makes 1 serving!

ENJOY! Its practically guilt free!

If you are not worried about calories try substituting yogurt with ice cream.

I am a Victim of Fraud!!

So my husband and I were enjoying our last day of vacation when I received a call from one of my credit card companies. "Hello Mrs. Florence, this is ... calling, we have noticed some unusual activities on your master-card account and need to verify some information." I immediately told them I would call them right back-I wasn't sure if this was legit phone call or what. SO once I called them back and did verify that it was my credit card company calling they proceeded to tell me that there was 4 transactions that they needed to check with me about. I told them I haven't used my card in over a week and that I have been in the Caribbean. I have 2 pending charges on my account that are for a total of $260.00. They put a hold on my account right away so the other charges didn't go through. What has me confused is I have my card! I didn't loose it, misplace it, I have it with me. I don't know how someone was able to got to the mall and make purchases. They must have presented a card! Right?! I don't know how they got a copy of my card if they have one. I am assured that these charges will be taken care of and I will not have to pay-thank-goodness! I am so amazed that there are people in this world that are so dishonest-scum is what they are. Its not like they went to the grocery store and bought food, but went to a hip hop clothing store and had a great time! What comes around, goes around. Hopefully they will be caught but I doubt it. Anyway, all I can say is, be careful and always check your statements. I am grateful to my cc company that they put a stop to it right away. I will have to dispute the charges but I was told I won't have to pay! So after a wonderful vacation, I now come home to deal with this mess.

Recipe cards-Use them like your buisness card...

After posting my chocolate dipped sugar cookie recipe card I was inspired to write this,
Whenever I am holding open houses I make cookies, so I decided to print out recipe cards with the cookie recipe-what ever I am giving out- and print my information on the other side. I put them right next to the cookies, with the recipe side showing, of course, and let people know they can take one. Usually they do, and now they have my recipe and contact information. Just a cute, clever markting tip-well at least thats what I think. I am also starting to farm this way, but with the seasons I will send a recipe to match. Ex. I will send a pumpkin pie recipe in October, and a turkey recipe in November, etc. Its something different and its fun. Hey I would love to get things like this in the mail- I wouldn't throw it away, its something I would save.

I put a picture of the treat on one side and my picture on the other.

This has nothing to do with Real Estate.

I have lived in Utah for over 2 years and before that off and on. I have always heard of Black Widows but have never seen one. So I always "thought" they existed but never really Believed they existed until Sunday night! My husband was letting our dogs out and yelled to me to "come look at this huge black spider" OK a bit silly for him to tell me to come look-I am terrified of them, but I had to see. My husband says to me, I don't think it a black widow but its huge! Wrong he was. The spider was hanging for its web and turned to expose its belly and there was that famous marking! We both jumped back about 2 feet! I ran back inside to grab a shoe and gave it to my husband to kill. Yes, sorry all you spider lovers, but we squished it. Most any other insect/animal I hate to kill but not spiders. Yuk! Anyway if you really didn't think they existed-they do! I am just glad that my dogs didn't get bit-she was sooo close or my husband or myself.
