Tottenville the most Southern tip of Staten Island, New York, rich in history.
Just over 10 years ago the homeowners  of above pictured property, crossed the Verrazano bridge to look at a house advertised from a 2" by 4"sketch photo, displayed in a 'rag tag real estate magazine.'  I remember taking them out that day to look at properties, & the location of where the sketch would be built. Knowing where the real estate market is heading for 2008 is on everyones mind at this time of year.  I've decided to research the "market trend" in Staten Island, New York's South Shore community of SE Annadale.  SE Annadale is a neighbor hood of high end, one and two family homes, located on Staten Islands South Shore about 6-7 miles from the Verrazano Bridge.
