I've said over and over that I don't do short sales or foreclosures because the better deals come from milking evil developers of every last inch of thier profit. They have started offering huge incentives that are much better than any foreclosure or short sale. "Very qualified" 1st-time home buyers have extra incentives.

My Entry for the ActiveRain Video Contest 2008 - 04/02/08 09:40 PM
My entry for the video contest is an ad I did for one my luxury condo projects in Downtown Austin called Star Riverside. Although this one is produced, I frequently take cheap ideos with my camera and post them up on youtube. I'e een made it a joke about the poor quality of the video is still revolutionizing the business. As a realtor and movie fan, I'm surpised that its so popular.
