These days as an agent in the Real Estate industry snapping some pics of your listing and posting them up on your companies website and the mls just isn't enough. Winning is fun..I cant think of a time I won something and had no emotion. Getting that online business can be looked at like a game. Make it fun and you will enjoy what you do just that much more. The use of using virtual tours has been growing rapidly in the past year and will continue to grow. Are you using some form of tour to expose your listings or service? If not you should heavily consider doing so. As you should know many buyers are spending a great deal of their time previewing properties online before they do anything.
