These days as an agent in the Real Estate industry snapping some pics of your listing and posting them up on your companies website and the mls just isn't enough. You need to be able to not only get attention for your listing but compete with others in your field. Buyers are savvy these days and shopping online has grown tremendously and will continue to grow. 67% of buyers shop online prior to calling a agent. You and I both know that this number will grow. Given the fact that online prospects are so savvy, being inclined in the tech department of (0 comments)

As a real estate professional I know its difficult searching through an mls database clicking on all those pictures that have been uploaded and some, well many (0 comments)

Obviously being in the virtual tour business and the real estate business, we know the necessity of having this technology available on any property we want to sell. We know how valuable it can be to th sale of one of our properties, or to showing an out-of-state buyer a preview of a property for potential purchase before they even get into town. In todays market (in my opinion) you have to have it, no questions asked...well one: Do You Have it? Who do you use for your Virtual and Online tours? Now of course, if your answer is " no one", (0 comments)
south carolina: Virtual Tour Mania - 10/21/07 07:38 PM
With all the companies coming out with Virtual Tour software, websites, and do it yourself mentalities, how do you know which one will work for sure?? Chris Ward & Gary Urich know a good product and made sure to test it for over a year before signing on board as teh territory owners of SC & NC. While there are some similar products to Personal Tour Online Inc., few have owners that are fellow professionals in Real Estate, (2 comments)
