I just want to let everyone know we had a price reduction on one of our listings in Haiku. This was an intriguing property before the price reduction and it is that much more interesting at a lower price. This valley property of roughly 5.8 acres consists of two parcels. Maui's ideal growing climate has led to the introduction of flora from throughout the world. You will see plants, fruit, flowers and vegetables growing with origins ranging from North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia. I imagine the only continent without representation is Antarctica. Every once in a while, that means you will encounter some sort of flora that is a bit mysterious. The eco friendly attibutes of bamboo construction are impressive. A conventional home built with lumber from hardwoods may require up to an acre of trees.
