With all the crummy news on the TV about our economy and the state of our real estate market I can understand why some people are shivering with fear!  They report nothing but bad news on the TV.  When in all actuality there couldn't be a better time to get into a home especially by utilizing the rent to own option!

I see so many homeowners not only here in Montana but all over the country that continue to try to sell their home the old fashioned way.  They list their house or do a fsbo and let the home sit for months and months with very few showings!
