New to ActiveRain

I am new to ActiveRain and look forward to getting involved in this great forum. These are unique and interesting times and also provide many people with opportunties to buy and invest in our special area at values not seen in years.

Great news in the media today, existing home sales were up 6.5% in December. Hopefully more good news will follow about real estate and the economy.
