...unless you're the one hosting the party--  I recently discovered that a great way to build up your clientale database is by hosting events.  This can be a low cost option for bringing lots of people together, where you're the host.  It works particularly well when you invite your previous clients and allow them to bring some guests.  You'll surely be introduced as the person who helped them buy their first home or investment property. This also works very well for other businesses as well as a way for subtle, self promotion. It's a great way to build business, and have a lot of fun too.

This year's Superbowl XLIII, on 2/1/09, is a showdown between the Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburg Steelers.  You don't have to pick a side, but you can still be a winner by the end of the game.
