Are Today's Buyers.... Sharks ? Unlike the impression created by some ...... We Don't Think So!!! A few recent blogs would give Buyers, Realtors and Sellers the impression that buyers are just greedy and acting wrongly when they make low offers. My Questions are : Does the Seller not have the right to say "NO" to any offer? In what way is it wrong for buyers to want the get the very best possible deal ? Did you know that April 19th is “get to know your customer day”? An odd reason to celebrate or have a party, but a great reason for us to have an honest discussion.
