As many of my activerain friends do, one of the services that we offer all of the Clients that list their property with our team is a professional staging of their home. We initiated this process with the thought of course to help in the sale of their property.

What I didn't anticipate was the positive impact on potential future clients (listings) that I would meet through Open Houses that we hosted at one of our staged properties. I have had several people who have attended an Open House comment on how great the property looked. And I have now learned to take the opportunity to tell these prospective future clients of this great service we provide to "all" of our listing clients. 

So while professional staging helps in marketing and selling an existing property -- it can also be a marketing item that separates your team from the others in the area and as a result bring you some future listings !!
