And there are program changes every month and they usually aren't anything that benefits a borrower. They are designed to benefit a borrower but ultimately benefit the big bank. Take for example, there is a change to the Truth-In-Lending disclosure form that actually went into affect yesterday July 30th. Now there's a misnomer. Truth in Lending. Anyway it has to do with re-disclosures and waiting periods and three days and seven (0 comments)

The monthly mortgage insurance is less on an FHA loan than a conventional loan because some of if it is financed into the loan. Mortgages Still Affordable - 07/13/09 02:29 PM
Wild market swings continue however mortgage rates for 30 year loans remain in the low 5s in Wisconsin whether you are selecting a conventional loan or FHA financing. It is also difficult to obtain mortgage insurance on a conventional loan over 85% financing. However one major lender announced last week they were offering 95% purchase financing now but the credit (2 comments)
