I'm currently licensed in TX and my broker pays me 100% commission and I only pay a $75 per transaction fee. I'm trying to find out if there are any real estate companies licensed in NC that operate on a similar basis. I've tried Googling to find such a company without any success so any info anyyou can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
